With achievements in Business Consulting, IT Products and Outsourcing services, he has held multiple leadership roles in Americas, APAC & MEA region and has crafted success stories for various IT organizations.


Ravi is well versed in strategizing the global footprint of IT business and has donned multiple hats during his distinguished career, having lived and worked in UAE, Hong Kong, USA and Singapore. He has been instrumental in setting up multiple international operations to build the organizational strengths and growth as well as entering new geographies and building businesses from ground zero.


As Chief Executive Officer, Techneplus, Ravi brings his enthusiasm and energy to build a strong team and leads them from the front. Ravi believes in creative IT solutions to enhance value for all clients.


Ravi holds an Engineering Degree and Masters in International Business.

He enjoys Tennis, Chess, Swimming, eating out and Meeting Friends.

As a business leader, he is recognised in translating business strategy into execution. Pravin establishes high profile client relationships across industry verticals and builds hyper-growth strategies through his strong expertise in technology & cloud services, to execute digital transformation journeys for clients.


Pravin has been instrumental in delivering strategic insights to large enterprises. He is a team player, enthusiastic to promote cutting-edge technological solutions that bring value now and in the future. Pravin is a man of detail and brings forth a multi-dimensional approach & consultative mindset to problem solving.


As Chief Operating Officer, Pravin is responsible for driving organisational strategy, revenue growth, and customer excellence across established and emerging markets.

Loon Heng
Global PMO and Delivery Head

Loon Heng is a Global PMO and Delivery Head with more than 26 years’ experience directing cross-functional teams of technical experts to analyze systems and processes, as well as implement/enhance ERP/software applications for various types of industries. His background includes leading blended teams, developing and managing budgets, monitoring project standards for all deliverables, creating strategies, overseeing technical design and development of all learning solutions, new business development, training and maintaining quality assurance throughout the entire project.


Loon Heng is well versed in introducing key technology solutions to meet the changing needs of a dynamic business environment for internal IT. Loon Heng has served as liaison for assessments and impact analyses on existing projects and new opportunities, as well as leading corporate planning process efforts and also provides value propositions on system integration upgrade and data warehousing projects.

Derrick Louis
Advisory Board Member

Derrick Louis is the Executive Director of Information Systems at RaceTrac Petroleum. He has worked at RaceTrac over 18 years and enjoys the daily challenges presented by a rapidly changing industry. Derrick started his career as a developer. He then migrated to consulting where he really understood the value of solving problems quickly, but for the long term due to the costs of running an organization. Derrick has supported all departments from a company point of view with technology needs to not lead the business but to enable the business to lead. For the last 3 years, Derrick has added the extremely daunting challenge of Data and how to make it accessible to the organization in a usable manner.


Derrick is an avid fan of agile and the transparency that it brings to the organization. He has implemented ERP, HR, Legal, ServiceNow, and many other base systems. His favorite and most cherished professional accomplishments are the systems that were implemented to give the business a competitive advantage. Understanding the organization, the competitive landscape and bridging that gap with technology is where Derrick thrives.

Will Alexander
Advisory Board Member

Will Alexander has been the CIO at Benevis since 2019. Prior to Benevis, he was the VP of Information Technology at RaceTrac Petroleum where he led all strategic and tactical technology activities. During his tenure at RaceTrac, Will also led the Special Projects, Merchandise Supply Chain, and Procurement departments. He began his professional career at Milliken & Company.


Will holds an MBA from Georgia State University and a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the Georgia Institute of Technology.


Will serves on the Executive Advisory Board for Atlanta Technology Professionals (ATP) and is a member of the Georgia CIO Leadership Association. Will also serves as vice chairman on the board of InspirEDU, formerly PowerMyLearning.

Tim Hill
Advisory Board Member

Tim Hill has been CEO of SysStrategy, LLC since 2018. Prior to SysStrategy Tim held various IT Executive positions including CTO of Software Paradigms International (now a division of Cognizant) and Sr. Vice President of IT Infrastructure and Integration at PRGX.


Tim has significant global IT experience with depth in the integration of Mergers and Acquisitions portfolios. He has been a key acquisition team member in 15 transactions in 9 different countries. His specialty is rationalizing IT Infrastructure and organizations.

His hobbies are cycling, and golf.

Malavika Shanker

Malavika advises on Human capital and is a strong advocate of adaptability for business transformations. She has a successful track record of about two and a half decades in Customer Experience, Change & Culture development for influencing success of teams and executives to drive business excellence. She has coached and conducted programs in Leadership, Service, and Sales for Business Transformation across industry domains of IT, Telecom, Logistics, Pharmaceutical, Aeronautic, Finance and Banking, Hospitality and Manufacturing.


Malavika has lived & worked in China, India, US, Singapore, & Dubai across many multinational companies & start-ups. She believes that strong business growth is dependent on creating a company culture centred on trust that embodies openness and flexibility.


As CHRO, Malavika is dedicated to nurturing human resources to maximize their potential and deliver growth.


She holds a degree in Mathematics, and MBA. She is a certified Management Consultant for Service Excellence, also a Certified Neuro-Linguistic Programming NLP Master, and a Certified Language and Behavior Profiling Consultant
