The logistics company based in the UAE is encountering difficulties in harmonizing its systems after a series of mergers and acquisitions. The presence of multiple terminal operating systems has resulted in a substantial amount of manual labor for data integration. Some employees from recently acquired entities are hesitant to adopt new systems, which could potentially hamper efficiency. Additionally, manual handling and data administration outside the system lead to inaccuracies, negatively impacting the customer experience.
We implemented an enterprise technology stack using TechnePlus Enterprise Architecture Model. This model is designed to provide a comprehensive view of the enterprise’s information architecture, business processes, and IT systems. The goal is to create an API-based architecture that is integrated with multiple third-party systems and healthcare providers to provide a comprehensive solution. We recommended continuing with multiple Terminal Operating Systems (TOS) for better employee experience.
