This is a testament to his long incredible journey in TCS, where he also scaled its BPO business to $2 billion in less than ten years; to joining Wipro as its COO, where he was soon promoted to CEO and then to Managing Director, overseeing over $9 billion in revenues and 185,000 employees.

Abid led a strategic effort to rebrand Wipro while concurrently streamlining and modernizing the company and promoting a culture of innovation. In his quest to establish next generation paradigms he sponsored a first of its kind venture fund and piloted an enterprise crowd-sourcing platform that will become a benchmark for the future of work in the IT services industry post-COVID.

Loon Heng is a Global PMO and Delivery Head with more than 26 years’ experience directing cross-functional teams of technical experts to analyze systems and processes, as well as implement/enhance ERP/software applications for various types of industries. His background includes leading blended teams, developing and managing budgets, monitoring project standards for all deliverables, creating strategies, overseeing technical design and development of all learning solutions, new business development, training and maintaining quality assurance throughout the entire project.

Loon Heng is well versed in introducing key technology solutions to meet the changing needs of a dynamic business environment for internal IT. Loon Heng has served as liaison for assessments and impact analyses on existing projects and new opportunities, as well as leading corporate planning process efforts and also provides value propositions on system integration upgrade and data warehousing projects.

Will Alexander has been the CIO at Benevis since 2019. Prior to Benevis, he was the VP of Information Technology at RaceTrac Petroleum where he led all strategic and tactical technology activities. During his tenure at RaceTrac, Will also led the Special Projects, Merchandise Supply Chain, and Procurement departments. He began his professional career at Milliken & Company.

Will holds an MBA from Georgia State University and a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the Georgia Institute of Technology.

Tim Hill has been CEO of SysStrategy, LLC since 2018. Prior to SysStrategy Tim held various IT Executive positions including CTO of Software Paradigms International (now a division of Cognizant) and Sr. Vice President of IT Infrastructure and Integration at PRGX.

Tim has significant global IT experience with depth in the integration of Mergers and Acquisitions portfolios. He has been a key acquisition team member in 15 transactions in 9 different countries. His specialty is rationalizing IT Infrastructure and organizations.His hobbies are cycling, and golf.

Hans-Joerg Bauer is an independent IT Management Consulting and since more than 40 years in the Information Technology sector. He held multiple IT management roles over the last 30 years including regional CIO for CEVA Logistics in Asia Pacific.

Hans-Joerg is experienced in managing large global multinational IT teams. Architecting modern IT landscapes based on latest technologies focusing on business value has always been Hans-Joerg’s passion.

Malavika advises on Human capital and is a strong advocate of adaptability for business transformations. She has a successful track record of about two and a half decades in Customer Experience, Change & Culture development for influencing success of teams and executives to drive business excellence. She has coached and conducted programs in Leadership, Service, and Sales for Business Transformation across industry domains of IT, Telecom, Logistics, Pharmaceutical, Aeronautic, Finance and Banking, Hospitality and Manufacturing.

Florian has a PhD in mechanical engineering from the Karlsruhe Institute of Technology (KIT) and an MBA from the Collège des Ingénieur. Ajay Oommen, a former key player on the global leadership team at Shell Trading in London, served as the Head of the Crude Oil Trading Desk for Africa, the Mediterranean, and India. Leading teams dispersed across London, the Bahamas, Mumbai, and Lagos, he orchestrated the daily trading of approximately 1.5 million barrels of crude oil, equivalent to roughly a billion dollar a day. During his impactful tenure, Ajay played a pivotal role in the implementation of structured financing, spearheaded automation projects, and executed numerous innovative growth deals within the Oil & Gas sector. After an enriching 2 decade long journey at Shell Trading, Ajay Oommen departed in 2023. He has previously lived and worked in Middle East.

Andy Bien is a veteran of Hong Kong’s ICT industry. Andy Bien worked in the air cargo and airport management sectors at the Hong Kong International Airport for the past 20 years.
