Loon Heng is well versed in introducing key technology solutions to meet the changing needs of a dynamic business environment for internal IT. Loon Heng has served as liaison for assessments and impact analyses on existing projects and new opportunities, as well as leading corporate planning process efforts and also provides value propositions on system integration upgrade and data warehousing projects.

He is passionate about digital transformation, data and AI applications and has extensive business and management experience in finance, telecommunications, logistics, transportation and aviation industries. Andy Bien worked in the air cargo and airport management sectors at the Hong Kong International Airport for the past 20 years. As the former Chief Information Officer of the Hong Kong Airport Authority, he was responsible for strategic technology planning and execution at one of the most efficient airports in the world.
As the Chief Digital Officer of Global Aviation of Huawei Technologies, Andy Bien has travelled extensively in the Asia Pacific, Middle East, and Europe regions to share his insights on the importance of connectivity, platforms, and AI in aiding aviation partners to become more resilient and sustainable.
He holds a BSc in Computer Engineering from Queen’s University Canada and an MSc in Communication Engineering from Imperial College UK.
